I have a user that cannot forward attachments. This is what happens:
User receives message containing attachment. He clicks on forward and the attachment looks like it is in the message, but actually only the image is there (the attachment icon in the message body), not the file.
When this message is received by someone, the paper clip is not shown in the inbox folder view, but the attachment icon is included in the message body.
